  2. Peers to Peace? It's time to start!

    The Peers to Peace project steering-team met for four days in Gelsenkirchen, Germany to plan the launch and implementation of Peers to Peace: Peer learning and Peer support for Capacity Building in international volunteer work, a project that is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

  3. YO!FEST, Europe is calling you!

    YO!FEST is an event held every two years for european youth to come together. 2017’s YO!Fest, a key highlight of Europe Calling – a year of events to mark the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Maastricht treaty – which will bring together 5,000 young people to debate key topics on the future of Europe.

    The conflict in Syria has been continuing for almost 6 years now and the situation seems to become more and more hopeless.  Yet, Jafra, a Syrian NGO and contact organisation of SCI, keeps on working within the difficult circumstances to bring relief and hope to the people. Last week, Wilbert Hesloot from SCI’s No More War team, conducted an interview with Wesam, a key-figure in Jafra Foundation, currently based in Beirut.
