Incoming School Project

Our friends from SCI Malaysia would like to share with you the report of the Incoming School Project in Germany!

“Guten Morgen, we are from SCI - Service Civil International. We have 14 participants from 11 countries, almost all continents around the world. We have volunteers from Germany, Togo, Tanzania, Botswana, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Sri Lanka and Ecuador. The theme of our workshop is: As if there was (no) tomorrow – global change for a sustainable future. ”---- this was our standard opening phrase to the students when we first met them in schools.

Our journey began on 6th September 2017. For the first ten days, we had an intensive training in a house which was in Loope, Engelskirchen, an hour away from Cologne main train station. The purpose of the training was to educate us on the topics that we can carry out during our school visits later.
