YO!FEST is an event held every two years for european youth to come together. 2017’s YO!Fest, a key highlight of Europe Calling – a year of events to mark the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Maastricht treaty – which will bring together 5,000 young people to debate key topics on the future of Europe.

The one-day festival will mobilise young people and youth organisations, locally and from across Europe, to raise up the voice of young people.
During the YO!FEST young people will have the chance to attend different interesting workshops all day, but keep in mind that you need to register to attend the YO!FEST, here. Deadline is 29th of January.
Three main topics will be discussed and you will have the opportunity to reflect on: the past, the present and the future of Europe. During the evening (both of 6th and 7th of February) there will also be concerts from young bands.
SCI will be also present at the YO!FEST, with our two EVS Volunteers from the International Secretariat, Martina and Suvi, who will be facilitating two workshops as part of SCI’s Building Bridges Campaign. Stay tuned during the next week to discover more information about SCI’s workshops.
So, what are you waiting for to register for the YO!FEST? A great opportunity for young people all over Europe to meet, discuss, especially in these challenging times, when more than ever we need solidarity and strength.
